Marcowhale Limo & Shuttle – Serving 30A, Miramar Beach, and Santa Rosa Beach

1. Booking and Reservations

  • All reservations must be confirmed in advance by phone, email, or through our website.

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

  • Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation.

2. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

  • Gratuity is not included in the fare unless specified.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total fare.

  • No-shows will be charged the full fare amount.

4. Delays and Wait Times

  • We offer a 15-minute grace period for standard pickups and a 30-minute grace period for airport arrivals.

  • Additional wait time may incur extra charges.

  • Marcowhale is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Conduct and Responsibility

  • Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow all safety instructions provided by the driver.

  • Excessive mess, smoking, or damage to the vehicle may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted in accordance with Florida state law for passengers over 21 years of age.

6. Child Safety

  • Child car seats are available upon request. Please notify us at the time of booking if one is needed.

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for properly securing children in the provided safety seats.

7. Airport Transfers

  • For airport pickups, we monitor flights in real time to adjust for early or delayed arrivals.

  • Please provide accurate flight information to avoid delays or missed pickups.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • Marcowhale Limo & Shuttle is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a disruptive, threatening, or unsafe manner.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Marcowhale Limo & Shuttle reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Updated terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
